Outline Planning Consultants takes a proactive role in the commercial projects that it has been involved in, in particular when acting for developers, community groups and the public sector. Outline Planning Consultants has acted as project managers and town planners for the following representative projects:

 

  • Project manager, town planners 161 lot land subdivision for private landowners, at Yamba NSW. Current.
  • Waste transfer station Due Diligence evaluation for acquisition. Evaluation of existing waste transfer station which was an acquisition candidate for a local council in Sydney. Included a review of applicable development consents, planning controls and existing EPL, as well as potential for the establishment of a resource recovery facility on the land.
  • Project manager 130 lot land subdivision for Landcom and private landowners, at Illawong NSW.
  • Project manager, sixty (60) allotment residential housing estate, Tweed Heads NSW.
  • Project managers for a forty one (41) allotment residential housing estate at Barden Ridge, in the Sutherland LGA. For Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council.
  • Preparation of a master plan and coordination of tender design/environmental assessment team for redevelopment of Woolloomooloo Wharf and bay.
  • Project management of the restoration/refurbishment of a commercial building  No.150 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.
  • Scoping study/feasibility proposed new offices, Dubbo NSW. For Aboriginal Legal Services (NSW/ACT) Ltd.
  • Rezoning application, commercial redevelopment of land near Sydney Airport, Mascot NSW.
  • Central Coast Fair shopping centre, at Erina, on the NSW Central Coast. Obtain approval for 16,000m2 extension to existing centre. Approved.
  • Rezoning for proposed freight and logistics centre, Port Botany NSW.
  • Preliminary project feasibility, proposed residential development Queenscliffe, VIC. For Victorian Aborigines Advancement League Inc.
  • Rezoning of 9ha of land for residential purposes, Coffs Harbour NSW. Land since rezoned.
  • Development of a multi-storey car parking structure, at Mona Vale NSW. For Pittwater Council.
  • Detailed audit of various Crown lands in Port Stephens LGA. For NSW Department of Housing.
  • Project manager, approved seven (7) lot subdivision, Beacon Hill NSW. Included preparation of tenders & plan of management- the latter adopted by Warringah Council.
