■ GARY PEACOCK

Town planner & project manager, Managing Director, Outline Planning Consultants Pty Ltd

Gary Peacock has over 40 years experience in the property development industry having worked for local and state government, institutions, community groups, and property developers both large and small.  This includes experience as development manager for a number of master planned residential subdivisions in Sydney and NSW North Coast, responsible for all stages of development including feasibility analysis, master planning, raising of finance and oversight of project construction, as well as marketing of the project.

Gary has experience in land audits, master planning, rezonings, project management, development assessment and property development advice in the residential, retirement villages, education, hospitality, retail, extractive industry and industrial market segments. Gary has a Bachelor of Town Planning degree from the University of NSW.

■ BILL KNOBEL

Engineering consultant, project manager.

Bill has been a practicing Engineer for more than 47 years with experience in roads and bridge engineering, water supply and sewerage, infrastructure, land development both residential and industrial, commercial development and local and state Government civil engineering projects.
